Exchange or return of small Goods

At Extra, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product or find that it does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:

  • You may return products within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories (e.g. manuals, cables, etc.).

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened or used, except in cases where the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

3. Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that have been used or whose packaging has been opened.

  • Personal use items such as cosmetics, health products, or hair care devices.

  • Any products purchased under special offers or discounts.

4. How to Return a Product:

  • You can return products either by contacting technical support or by visiting an Extra store directly.

5. Refunds:

  • Once the returned product is received, we will inspect its condition and then process a refund according to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 3 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Extra will cover the return shipping costs if the product is damaged or not as described.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

7. Specific Products:

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange products that are damaged or do not match the specifications shown on the website.

Exchange or return of Large Goods

Please note that large goods cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery, as we ensure that the item is thoroughly inspected by the customer before it is handed over. We only deliver the product after confirming that it is free from any external defects such as scratches or dents.

Before receiving the item, the customer is required to inspect the product and sign a delivery receipt confirming that it is in perfect condition and free of any visible damage.

In Case of a Fault After Delivery:

If a manufacturing defect or technical issue appears within the first week of use, the customer should contact customer service during this period, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
